50 hour course

Teach yin yoga asanas safely, and effectively
Modifications of yin postures using props
How to give clear and simple instructions
Principles for sequencing yin yoga asanas for effective classes
Effective and appropriate adjustments *in person only
Study of fascia, meridian lines and our organs
Study of chakras, nadis and their relationship to the spine
Learn how to teach ujjayi pranayama the yin way
Learn to guide students in and out of yoga nidra and shavasana

Day 1: Friday afternoon/ evening (4 hours) 4pm-8pm
Opening Circle followed by a deep dive into a long yin practice including Yoga Nidra. Q&A about the asana we practiced and sequence.
Discussion on What is Yin? Taosim, Tantra and Ujjayi Pranayama, Shavasana, Chakras and more…
Day 2: Saturday (8 hours) 8am - 4pm
Start the day with a long yin practice followed by a deep dive discussion. Chakras. Nervous Systems. Q&A about the asana we practiced and sequence.
Lunch
Break down the asanas, sequencing and why we do the way we do. Practice teaching for those who wish to teach and be a student only for those who do not wish to teach.
Hands on adjustments, give and recieve.
Day 3: Sunday (8 hours) 9am -5pm
Start the day with a long yin practice followed by a deep dive discussion. Meridians. Organs. Q&A about the asana we practiced and sequence.
Lunch
More yoga. More sharing. More practice and hands on training.
